Mothers Bread

RARE to VERY RARE - These tough to find bakery cards are from the Louisiana area and are standard tobacco card size at 1.5" by 2.75". They include players from the American, National, and Federal Leagues. The 1915 D303-1 General Baking set is fairly rare, but not nearly as rare as the related Mothers Bread backed cards, these 1916 D303-2 Mothers Bread cards are some of the rarest cards of the era. In D303-1 General Baking there are 51 different cards known. It is unknown how many cards are found with the very rare D303-2 Mothers Bread back, to date there are 14 different cards checklisted with at least 5 players that are not found in the D303-1 set.
