SCARCE - These B&W strip cards are roughly 1.3" by 2.5" and have a blank back. They were originally issued in horizontal strips of 10 cards. A card has been seen that was cut from a strip that was badly offcenter showed the words "Metro Star" at the top showing that nonsport cards were part of the same sheet. There are 121 different players known. Also red tint, blue tint, and sepia tint cards are also known and are very rare. |
