RARE - These unnumbered B&W candy cards are a narrow 1.25" by 3.5" in size. The card backs have a contest where the collector would write in the estimated 1933 batting avarage for the player pictured and then send the card in to the company. This contest accounts for their scarcity today. The backs have 2 variations, one with estimated average to Sep. 1st, the other to Oct. 1st. There are 30 known cards in the set. |
