These large pictures were given out as a premium with Butterfinger and other candy products in 1934. They are about 7-3/4" by 9-1/2" and made of a thin paper stock. There are 65 different players in the set. There is also a much scarcer variaiton made of a heavy cardboard stock the has a Butterfinger Candy Bar ad at top printed in red ink. These were ment for display by the retailer, and are much scarcer than the normal premiums. A similar Canadian issue (V94) is also from 1934 and has the same design but are smaller at 6-1/2" by 8-1/2" and have some players not included in the US set, itds complete at 58 different players.
