SCARCE - These full color gummed backed stamps are from 1944, and were one of only a few baseball paper collectibles issued during WWII. The 1.75" by 2.35" Yankee stamps commemorate the 1943 World Series Champions and were issued in sheets with an album that was made to hold the stamps. There are 30 Yankees stamps in the set. |
