One of the more popular of the Pacific Coast League sets of the era were put out by Mothers Cookies, and only sold on the West Coast. There are 2 different sets, both are roughly 2.8" by 3.5" in size with diecut rounded corners. The 1952 D357-1 has the players name on front in a block style, an ad on back for Stamps, and is complete at 64 numbered cards. The 1953 D357-2 set has the name on front in a signature form, has an ad on back for an Album, and is complete at 63 numbered cards. |
